GENERAL:
SUREVAT 679 is an oily-like antifoam free of any PDMS (silicone), 100% active, self-emulsifying in water, showing high efficacy. Manufactured with non-ionic surfactants, it does not interfere with the systems where is added, and result stable to warehousing.
Thanks to its components, SUREVAT 679 shows a quick and long lasting antifoam effect.

USE AND DOSAGE:
Antifoam SUREVAT 679 is designed to treat foaming systems where the foam is quite difficult to break, for example is widely used in metal degreasing/stripping treatments, tanneries, wax based systems, water based paints, etc.
SUREVAT 679 performs at best its action in systems where are presents surfactants (anionic, non-ionic, cationic), resins (vinyl, acrylic, mixed, etc), wax emulsions, protein derivatives, etc. The product can either be used as is, or diluted at 5-10% in water, being very advisable in this case stirring the so formed emulsion before usage.
STABILITY AND WAREHOUSING:
Before usage, we recommend stirring energically SUREVAT 679 in order to get a perfect homogenization. Please note that a certain stratification or separation does not impair the performance of the antifoam, since stirring restore perfectly the ideal appearance. The shelf-life, in case to be extended after revalidation, is 6 months from production date.
PACKAGING:
110 and 180 KG drums; Tank (IBC) of 900 KG.
