SILICONE-FREE ANTIFOAM, SELF EMULSIFYING
GENERAL:
CPL 350 ETM is an antifoam manufactured with raw materials of natural origin, silicone-free, 100% active. CPL 350 ETM works on the surface by lowering the surface tension of foam bubbles, allowing so their breaking. The product is self-emulsifying in water, acting also inside the system where is added.

STABILITY AND WAREHOUSING:
The product is stable for 6 months from production date. We suggest to stir it prior the usage especially if has been left still for 1 month or more. If stored at temperature below 5 °C, CPL 350 ETM could increase sensibly its viscosity without any detrimental effect on performance.
USAGE:
The product is used with success e.g. as additive in glues production, water paints, as de-aerating agent and antifoam for the production of vinyl, acrylic and versatates resins. Good results are achievable also in water treatment, and biologic and bio-masses systems. CPL 350 ETM can be used in many other situations where is necessary utilize an antifoam manufactured with vegetal origin components, showing so a low environmental impact.
DOSAGES:
The exact amount tends to vary depending on various situations, but if CPL 350 ETM is used as additive in formulations we suggest to use 0,05 up to 0,3% on weight of formulation to get de-aerating/antifoam effects. If is needed the antifoam performance during processes we advise using around 0,05% upon the liquid weight to treat. Is very advisable, anyway, to carry out preliminary tests to check actual quantity and suitability.
