CHEROX 720 is a 100% free-silicone based antifoam with low solubility properties in water having both antifoaming and deaerating properties on the surface and on the mass of the product.
CHEROX 720 has a very good, immediate and lasting, antifoam performance, it doesn’t contain silicone and it tolerates acid, alkaline, cationic and anionic situations.
For these characteristics, CHEROX 720 can be used in the production of hydro paints, especially if they have a high viscosity.
Moreover, it is self-emulsifying in systems where it is added, keeping stability in systems of medium and low viscosity.
CHEROX 720 carries out its performance by spreading out on the surface and breaking the surface tension created between the liquid to be treated and the air.
APPLICATION:
According to the type of processing involved, our experience advises to use from 1 to 3 parts of CHEROX 720 per 1000 parts of product. We suggest to carry out some preliminary tests to establish the right dosages and performances.
AVAILABLE PACKAGINGS:
Drums of 25- 50-180 kg, or tank (IBC) of 900 kg.
