IDROCER 370 - окисленный полиэтиленовый воск в водной эмульсии, средней твердости

 

GENERAL:

 

IDROCER 370 is a non-ionic emulsion based on a medium hardness oxidized polyethylene wax, which is suitable for obtaining formulations used as surface treatment of supports either rigid or flexible. Once applied on the surface IDROCER 370 brings to the area water-proof and protective effects, providing also resistance to mechanical damages.

APPLICATION:

IDROCER 370 should be added at the beginning of the industrial process in order to obtain a perfect dispersion. If is necessary adding it at later stage, we suggest to verify that the dispersion is done quickly; in this case better using mechanical stirring.

 

DOSAGES:

We recommend using IDROCER 370 from 1% to 5% of the product total volume.

We also suggest performing preliminary laboratory tests in order to find the right quantity and assess suitability.

 

AVAILABLE PACKAGING:

Drums of 50, 120, 200 Kg, and tanks (IBC) of 1000 Kg.
