APPLICATIONS AND DOSAGE:
CPL 2907 P is a co-polymeric antifoam, silicone-free. Is used where is needed a self-emulsifying product, for example in low viscosity systems.
Within many possible applications the most diffused are:
Paper manufacturing, and cellulose involving, processes
Biologic waste treatment
Detergents
Inks
Paints
CPL 2907 P can be used as is, or pre-diluted, adding it where the turbulence of the system can help the dispersion as much as possible.
The dosage tends to vary depending on application etc, but we advise using from 0,05 up to 0,5%.
Is good practice carrying out preliminary tests to assess the suitability and actual needed quantity.
Referring to foam volume, is worth to note that on average 1 g of antifoam is able to control about 2-3 L of foam.
STORAGE AND PACKAGING:
CPL 2907 P has to be stored, for optimal maintenance of its features, within +5 and +30 °C in its original containers. Since it doesn’t freeze, because is waterless, lower temperature could increase its viscosity without impairing the efficiency, and still having a pumpable fluid.
CPL 2907 P is supplied in 180 KG drums, and tank (IBC) of 950 KG.
